How We Got Started

The Awakening

During the challenging times of 2020, our founder Kartikeya discovered that conventional relaxation advice wasn't helping him manage daily stress. He began exploring deeper, more personalized approaches.

After two years of personal practice and study, Kartikeya developed a unique blend of breathing techniques and mindfulness practices that created lasting change. Friends and family began asking for guidance.

Community Formation

What started as informal sessions with friends grew into structured workshops. We established our Navi Mumbai location and began offering regular classes focused on practical stress relief techniques.
